The Zen Den

The Zen Den is the perfect place to experience the ultimate relaxation and escape to a state of Zen! 

The Zen Den has seating for up to 4 people at a time to reduce stress, relax, unwind, and feel rejuvenated. The room is lowly lit with salt lamps and twinkling stars on the ceiling. You and your friends relax comfortably on chaise lounge chairs cuddled up with a fuzzy blanket and a warm, lavender infused neck pillow while soothing frequency music plays. Essential oils and active salt fill the air while you begin to completely release all tension and sink into the ultimate state of calm. 

What is Dry Salt Therapy?

The Zen Den is an active salt room which means tiny particles of salt circulate through the air. You inhale the salt as well as absorb it through your skin. The salt begins to open your airways, clear your sinuses, and detoxify your body. 

What are the benefits of Dry Salt Therapy?

Dry Salt Therapy has many benefits including improving respiratory conditions, detoxifying the body, reducing pain and inflammation, improving the immune system, and more. 

Who should have dry salt therapy sessions?

The answer to this question is an easy one... Everyone! Zen Haven allows children as young as 3 months old. Anyone suffering from asthma, COPD, eczema, allergies, congestion, psoriasis, chronic bronchitis, and pain and inflammation should give dry salt therapy a try.
